If you have those requirements you don't have to go anymore to Costa Rica or Mexico where the labor rates are up to three times higher. Those countries don’t offer the attractive incentives Honduras has to offer.

The High Tech Free Zone will have to accommodate a greater number of vehicles. To control the flow of traffic all roads are one way with separate entrance and exit on each side. The workers gate is located in the middle. The park offers a two story parking garage for additional parking.
The eight story office building houses all administrative offices, bank and fast food on the first floor. On the second floor a fine restaurant offers gourmet meals, a perfect place to entertain clients right on the premises. Two elevators will bring visitors and workers to the next 6 floors. Those offices can be divided in spaces as small as 10m by 10m. |
| Because of the property downward slope we decided to build the first six factories as two story buildings. Both floors offer direct container docking, the upper floor on the higher ground and the lower floor on the lower ground. This design will reduce energy consumption.
We are incorporating the latest building technology to make this park very friendly to the environment.
